| We were so excited for this product but the instructions were completely wrong!!! DO NOT USE THE INSTRUCTIONS. It says to drill a 5/16″ hole which is completely wrong (use a 3/16″ instead – the anchors included do not require a 5/16″ hole). This led us spiraling down a half day journey of patching holes, getting color matched paint, accidentally burning ourselves with a heat gun whilst drying joint compound, and then finally installing a coat rack that should have taken less than 5 minutes to get up in the first place. It was incredibly frustrating, exhausting and a complete waste of time. |
